Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain project schedules, including material sign-offs, shop drawings, and the change order log. These documents are already approximately 80% complete but will require regular updates and issuance until project completion.
- Prepare and distribute bi-monthly project reports.
- Support Directors in preparing and submitting monthly progress claims.
- Attend meetings with the Client, Main Contractor, and Specialist Vendors, ensuring action items are tracked and followed up on.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Main Contractor’s management team and other project stakeholders to provide technical support and assistance.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of engineering, construction, and design principles.
- Skilled in applying logical and critical thinking to project challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
