The team is  seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and delivery of our data centre projects across the region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data centre development, operations, or construction, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and delivery of data centre projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover and commissioning of completed projects
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery efficiency

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data centre development, operations, or construction, with a focus on project management
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of data centre design, construction, and operations
- Experience with project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Asana
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the region (up to 20% travel)
- Professional certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or LEED AP
- Experience with data centre Tier certification, Uptime Institute, or equivalent
- Knowledge of critical facilities operations, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Familiarity with Singaporean regulations and industry standards, such as BCA, IDA, or SS
