Key Responsibilities:
- Project cost and contract management
- Feasibility studies and cost planning
- Procurement and tender management
- Cost estimation and valuation
- Project coordination and reporting
Key Requirements:
- Relevant degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultancy firm (fresh graduates also encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, with high integrity and work ethic
- Technical and contractual expertise
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects, meeting deadlines and expectations.
