Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Corporate Secretariat Manager, you will manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters across Singapore and overseas. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing directors’ resolutions and coordinating with internal departments
- Assisting in the preparation and organization of board meetings and annual general meetings, including drafting meeting minutes
- Handling BizFile+ submissions to ACRA and the release of announcements via SGXNet
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining and updating statutory registers, minute books, and a database of corporate secretarial precedents
- Liaising with auditors and external service providers to furnish necessary information and documentation
Key Requirements:
- CSIS/ICSA qualification with 2–5 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial firm, law firm, or a publicly listed company
- Experience in the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, as the role involves handling matters related to subsidiaries in the People’s Republic of China and liaising with Chinese counterparts
- Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- A team player who can also work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Viewpoint (secretarial software) and digital board meeting systems is an added advantage
