We are looking for a proactive and resourceful professional with a degree in Engineering, Real Estate, or Facilities Management to support the effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of managing budgets and contracts, and skilled in coordinating operational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing the effective operations and maintenance of the retail mall.
- Coordinate operational programs and execute maintenance tasks to ensure the mall functions at an optimal level.
- Assist in preparing the annual operations budget, managing maintenance contracts, and supervising expenditures for the mall's operational needs.
- Contribute to the implementation of Asset Enhancement Initiatives, tenant renovation works, and operational support for mall promotions and events.
- Collaborate with the Contracts & Procurement team to manage and execute specific or ad-hoc procurement activities, including equipment replacement and enhancement projects.
- Address feedback and service requests promptly, ensuring timely resolution.
- Work closely with technicians and oversee vendor services to maintain professional standards in daily operations.
- Assist the Operations Manager in handling mall incidents and preparing incident reports.
- Ensure vendors and tenant contractors adhere to strict safety guidelines and comply with all safety regulations.
- Serve as a member of the Company Emergency Response Team (e.g., Site Incident Controller, First Aider).
- Participate in the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team, including reviewing and approving permits to work (PTWs), conducting risk assessments, and performing safety checks and audits for the mall.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management.
- Relevant experience in the real estate industry is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with a relevant degree are encouraged to apply.
