They are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional with deep knowledge in the Real Estate landscape and the ability to formulate win-win strategies with landlords and partners. You will lead a team up to 10 to identify and secure new locations and maintain the existing network in support of the business strategy to further increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, government authorities, and other stakeholders in Singapore to facilitate real estate transactions.
- Pipeline Generation: Actively engage with developers and property owners to develop a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify new growth opportunities, locations, and property types by analyzing customer demographics and competitive landscapes.
- Network Optimization: Regularly review the store/outlet network to maximize sales and rental return.
- Lease Management: Oversee the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of new and renewal leases, managing interests of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Cost Optimization: Secure favorable lease terms to achieve occupancy cost targets.
- Strategic Presentations: Develop and deliver data-driven presentations to senior management to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Co-manage the Facilities Management team with the Director and Head of Real Estate to oversee store/outlet and centralized facility operations.
- Budget Management: Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets, monitor actual spending, and ensure cost-effectiveness to meet or exceed annual corporate goals and targets.
- Project Execution: Plan, organize, and execute building alterations and additions (A&A), warehouse setups, space relocations, and office renovations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Initiative Leadership: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement sustainability initiatives that support the Group’s sustainability goals.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing real estate team.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.

Key Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate or equivalent qualification or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate leasing transactions, with a strong background in asset and property management in retail and/or F&B sectors.
- Experience in facilities management & investments will be an advantage.
- Financial acumen with the ability to understand & manage P&L statements and budgets.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with & motivate cross-functional teams.
- Visionary thinking, creativity, and the ability to translate ideas into action.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
