We're currently representing a Japanese Real Estate Investment firm who is actively investing in SEA. They are currently looking for a Real Estate Project / Investment Manager (Japanese Speaking) to be based out of Singapore to cover investment deals in the SEA and Australia region. This is a great opportunity to get into the Real Estate Investment sector and at the same time utlize your Japanese language skill in business! 


Key Responsibilities:
- Project management (Real Estate Investment Project)
- Build and maintain relationships with related parties
- Proposal creation
- Survey of Asian and Oceanian countries and preparation of reports, etc.
- Corporate analysis, financial analysis
- Case study research for surrounding projects
- Documentation duties including documentation check, translation of contract, and Legal check
- Investment analysis
- Preparation of reports
- Financing (cooperation with the head office finance department or banks)
- Supervision of development projects
- Check financial results and reports
- Correspondence of new business/cooperation
- Managing return on investment including sale
- Support to an overseas branch

Key Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Japanese language skill (Min JPLT N3)
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must know how to read balance sheet of financial accounting report
- Eager to learn, able to learn fast and great sense in responsibility
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
