We are currently representing a renowned international workplace design consultancy with a

We are seeking an experienced Revit/BIM Specialist to join its team in Singapore. As a key
member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and managing Building
Information Models (BIMs) using Autodesk Revit. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality
design solutions that meet our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit, including architectural,
structural, and MEP systems
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure accurate and
coordinated designs
• Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across the
company
• Provide technical support and training to colleagues on Revit and BIM workflows
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure seamless data exchange and
collaboration
• Participate in design meetings and contribute to the development of design concepts
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Revit and BIM technologies, trends, and industry
standards
Key Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in a BIM/Revit role, preferably in an architectural or engineering
firm
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with expertise in creating and managing complex BIM
models

• Strong understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and industry standards
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-
quality results

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Good to Have:
• Experience with other BIM software, such as Graphisoft ArchiCAD or Trimble Navisworks
• Knowledge of Singaporean building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Certification in Autodesk Revit or BIM management
• Experience in leading or mentoring junior team members
