We are representing a well-established developer in looking for a dedicated Technical Executive with strong M&E knowledge to manage and maintain building systems in a commercial property. The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot and resolve M&E issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and submit reports/checklists on building services.
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of M&E systems, including air-conditioning, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
- Attend to breakdowns, tenant service calls, and follow up with maintenance reports.
- Supervise contractors to ensure proper execution of maintenance and repair works.
- Perform handyman tasks and certify completion of contractor jobs.
- Manage inventory and oversee procurement requests.
- Lead a team of technicians in troubleshooting and resolving M&E issues.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules, contracts, and safety regulations.
- Assist in tenant fit-out compliance and recommend operational improvements.
Carry out additional duties as assigned.

- Relevant experience in building M&E maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
