We are seeking a strategic and analytical Business Process Improvement Manager to lead initiatives that optimize operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and drive business performance across international relocation, mobility, and logistics functions to be based in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process reengineering, change management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse and evaluate existing business processes across operations, logistics, customer service, and administrative functions to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and improve turnaround times and service quality.
- Design and implement process improvement frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics to track impact and outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and process mapping sessions to engage stakeholders and ensure alignment on improvement goals.
- Work closely with IT and digital teams to automate processes and introduce technology-driven solutions where appropriate.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured methodologies.
- Monitor compliance with global standards and ensure consistent application of best practices across locations and teams.
- Prepare and present business cases, reports, and executive summaries to senior leadership, supporting decision-making and strategic planning.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, operations excellence, or business transformation roles, preferably within logistics, relocation, or service-oriented industries.
- Proven track record of leading process optimization initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and process modelling tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with change management and cross-functional collaboration.
