Our client, a leading real estate developer and property owner with a significant portfolio of business park assets in Singapore, is seeking a Property Executive to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage handover and takeover of premises from/to tenants and purchasers
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for the company's properties
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors on maintenance, repair, and renovation works
- Ensure building upkeep, particularly in areas of security and cleanliness
- Address and resolve complaints, feedback, and service requests promptly
- Foster positive relationships with tenants and business partners
- Serve as part of the Company's Emergency Response Team (including roles such as SIC, ERT, and First Aider)
- Oversee and manage site-related project works
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Key Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management
- Possession of Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications is an added advantage
- WSQ training in SIC and ERT is a plus
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Proactive and team-oriented, with strong planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
