We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to oversee our commercial move management, workplace design and build, and office furniture refurbishment business operations and will be based in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills, capable of optimizing revenue streams while effectively managing costs. Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability in the commercial move management, workplace design and build, and office furniture refurbishment sectors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and diversification.
- Collaborate with senior management to set ambitious yet achievable business goals and objectives.

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the business units, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the commercial move management, workplace design and build, or office furniture refurbishment industry.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and manage costs effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market trends, anticipate industry changes, and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing commercial move management, workplace design and build, and office furniture refurbishment.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.
