This role of Manager, Consolidation involves the entire real estate properties the group owns. This will be suitable for individuals who are looking at a reputable firm to supercharge their career, and for a strong remuneration and work culture. 


Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing forecast/budget consolidation
- Managing SGX results announcements
- Leading the finance team
- Liaising with auditors and consultants
- Supporting the implementation of new financial reporting systems.

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting (preferably CA)
- 10-12 years' experience (including Big 4 and commercial)
- Expertise in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, and strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
