Key Responsibilities:
- Source, analyze, and execute real estate investments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and present findings to senior management and investors
- Build and maintain industry networks, identifying market trends and opportunities
- Manage investor relations, procure institutional investment, and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and develop unique selling propositions

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and above
- Over 5 years of experience in real estate investment and development
- Proven track record of successful investments and business growth
- Excellent analytical, communication, and networking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
- English language proficiency
- Certified Collective Investment Vehicle manager preferred
