Our team in Singapore specializes in creating unique façade projects across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and Australia. We are supported by the broader expertise within our group, which enables us to offer comprehensive services covering the entire process of consulting, planning, production, and installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the successful execution of technically and aesthetically complex construction projects in our markets, adhering to seele’s established procedures and guidelines.
- Develop project strategies while managing contractual and organizational aspects effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the assigned technical team and supporting departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate with client representatives, architects, subcontractors, and other third parties involved in project execution.
- Continuously monitor projects, ensuring commercial and technical control, and maintain accurate project data throughout.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum degree in a construction-related field, preferably in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Candidates with a BCA Academy certification in Construction Productivity will be prioritized.
- At least 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, ideally within the glass, steel, or façade sectors.
- Demonstrated success in managing regional projects; international experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project.
- Strong command of the English language and a willingness to travel internationally.
- A responsible and dedicated Project Manager with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, capable of working in a structured and goal-oriented manner while thriving in a team environment.
