We are currently representing one of Asia-Pacific’s leading full service professional development consultancy firms. They are looking for a Deputy General Manager to managing a team of Property professionals in coordinating and oversee hard & soft services of Facilities management.
Job Responsibilities:
-Strong technical knowledge in hard & soft services of Facility management of estates such as building maintenance, energy management, environment policies, landscape maintenance, cleaning, security etc.
-Effective Communicator with strong analytical skills.
-Proactive in driving new initiatives.
-Able to provide strong leadership to team of Property Managers and Offices.
-Good Knowledge of accounting, contracts administration, legislations and statutory requirements.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Building, Estate Management, Property & Real Estate, Engineering or equivalent
-5 years of experience in Property management
-Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
-Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
