We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join the team, and help scale the business to next level
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
- Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of proposals and presentations, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company’s services and establish new contacts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management on business development activities.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of commercial interior design trends and client needs.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
