We are currently working with a APAC centric Hyperscale DC Operator in seeking an experienced Manager Energy & Utility Manager – West APAC to join the Energy and Technology team. The successful candidate will develop and implement our energy strategy, manage utility grid connections, and build strong relationships with energy partners. This role will be based in our Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage power feasibility studies and grid connection processes for new data centre deployments
- Build and maintain relationships with utility and energy partners
- Support design and development teams in utility engagement
- Manage energy procurement projects and develop renewable energy sourcing options
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and meet energy requirements
- Analyze and present data to stakeholders

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in grid power planning, energy project development, or energy consulting
- Strong understanding of the utility and electricity market in the region (Malaysia experience is an advantage)
- Basic understanding of EHV electrical infrastructure and design
- Commercial and business acumen
- Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
- High level of motivation to learn and grow in the role
