If you are successful in this role, you will be working closely with a very experienced individuals that allow you to learn and grow with the team. Key Responsibilities:

- Developing investment plans and strategies with other members of the team;

- Evaluating and underwriting assets for possible investment, including financial modeling and due diligence

-Looking over asset management reports on the firm's investment performance

- Assessing recommendations for current investments made by third-party asset managers or consultants

- Researching supply and demand trends, current market rents, and recent sale transactions

-Performing inspections on the job site

-Creating presentation materials in Excel, PowerPoint, and other software

Requirements:

- Have 2-3 years of experiences in real estate, accounting, asset management, banking or financial services industries

- Have strong quantitative skills

-Have a thorough command of Excel and PowerPoint
