Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.
- Manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of real estate assets.
- Perform detailed underwriting and financial modeling for potential investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute investment transactions.
- Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and industry partners.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in investment management, with a strong track record in real estate.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in investment management software and tools (e.g., ARGUS, Salesforce CRM).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
