We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team in Japan, responsible for managing a varied portfolio of assets, including service apartments, office buildings, and logistics facilities.

As an Asset Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing the value of our assets in Japan, ensuring optimal performance, and driving returns on investment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing asset strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute asset strategies to optimize returns and minimize risk
Manage a diverse portfolio of assets, including service apartments, office buildings, and logistics facilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
- Oversee property management teams and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment, development, and finance
- Identify opportunities for value enhancement and implement improvement initiatives

Key Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in asset management with well-known developers or real estate investor funds
- Proven track record of success in managing diverse assets and driving returns on investment
- Strong knowledge of the Japanese real estate market and regulations
- Excellent financial analysis and budgeting skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
- Fluency in Japanese (N1/N2) and English (Business level)
- Experience with Yardi, JDEdwards, or similar real estate software
- Strong network in the Japanese real estate industry
- Experience with service apartments, office buildings, and logistics facilities
