We are currently representing a fast-growing logistics operator backed by a global institutional fund, seeking an experienced Vice President of Asset Management to join our team in Korea. We are supporting the organization in looking for a seasoned asset management professional to lead our asset management function, overseeing the optimization of the industrial and logistics assets. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to maximize asset utilization, reduce costs, drive business growth, and ensure effective disposition of assets.


Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute asset management strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead a team of asset management professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
- Optimize asset utilization, maintenance, and replacement planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and procurement
- Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and asset performance data
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Oversee the disposition of assets, including:
  • Developing and implementing asset disposal strategies
  • Managing asset sales, leasing, or repurposing
  • Ensuring maximum return on investment for disposed assets
  • Maintaining accurate records of asset disposition
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in asset management, logistics, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in asset management leadership roles
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, asset optimization, cost management, and disposition
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken)
