We are working closely with a renowned Tier 1 workplace design and build company in seeking a talented and detail-oriented M&E Drafter cum QS with an electrical background to join our team. As a key member of the design and build team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate mechanical and electrical (M&E) drawings, estimates, and quotations for our projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate M&E drawings and designs using Autodesk Revit or similar software
- Develop detailed estimates, quotations, and cost plans for M&E projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify design assumptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Manage and coordinate with external stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers

Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in M&E drafting and QS
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and building services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
