We are working with one of the largest Data Centre operators in the world in seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the construction of large-scale data centre projects across APAC. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the construction phases of data centre facilities, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives
- Establish and maintain a culture that promotes safety to the highest standards
- Ensure all installations are of the utmost quality and defect-free at handover stage
- Manage and monitor overall project programme to ensure adherence to key contract milestones and deadlines
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-level stakeholders
- Identify and report potential risks and issues, partnering with external parties to develop mitigation strategies
- Provide regular updates to senior management, stakeholders, and clients on project progress

Key Requirements:
- 10+ years' construction experience within projects over 30,000 m2
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in mechanical/electrical/civil engineering or project/construction management
- Experience working for a data centre operator/previous hyperscale or cloud provider in the APAC market
- Exceptionally flexible and forward-thinking
- Results-focused and a “get things done” approach
- Prepared to travel across APAC as required
