Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Direct and manage all phases of HDB projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, government agencies, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve conflicts.
- Manage reporting and ensure transparency in project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Financial Oversight
- Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring profitability and adherence to financial goals.
- Approve contracts, invoices, and procurement strategies in compliance with company policies.
Quality and Compliance
- Ensure projects meet all relevant building codes, regulations, and HDB requirements.
- Monitor construction quality and address non-compliance issues promptly.
- Oversee safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all project participants.
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project challenges and proactively implement solutions to maintain timelines and deliverables.

Key Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent) are advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in construction or real estate development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale residential or public housing projects, preferably in HDB or similar contexts.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HDB regulations, standards, and processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
