We are currently working with one of the established self storage company in Singapore in their search for a Project Manager to lead digital transformation projects
Key responsibility:
- Collaborate with senior management to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IT transformation projects.
- Evaluate existing systems and propose innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of IT solutions.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
- Analyze and improve IT processes, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
- Drive the adoption of digital tools to enhance customer-facing and back-end operations.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Provide guidance and training to team members to support project objectives.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT transformation.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Strong understanding of IT systems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and digital transformation trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
