We are working with one of established design studio in their search for a Project Manager here in Singapore. This company specializes in corporate interior design and build services, offering a unique blend of artistic vision and scientific approach to create sustainable, efficient, and productive office spaces that stand the test of time


Key responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of corporate interior design projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients, designers, architects, and various consultants to ensure project success
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a creative and productive work environment
- Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, furniture, and equipment
- Manage project risks and resolve issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Generate creative solutions to design challenges while maintaining the company's unique blend of artistic vision and scientific approach

Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in corporate interior design or office fit outs 
- Able to speak chinese as most of the semi contractors is chinese speaking 
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, trends, and best practices
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management software
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL)
- Team player, energetic and accountable to own projects
