We are working with a leading provider of integrated workspace solutions, specializing in design and build, fit-out, and smart storage solutions. Their expertise spans across various industries, including healthcare, education, government, and corporate sectors. This company create functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing environments that enhance productivity and optimize space utilization.

They are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager with 3-4 years of experience in the design and build space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, design concepts, and construction methodologies. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


Key responsibility:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of design and build projects.
- Work closely with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards.
- Assist in risk management and problem-solving to mitigate project challenges.

Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in project management within the design and build sector.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, or relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in working with stakeholders across various levels.
