We are working with an interior design agency specializing in human-centric, experiential designs across workplace, retail, and hospitality sectors, creating unique environments that enhance user experience 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor specializing in Workplace Interior Design & Build projects. The Quantity Surveyor responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, budget management, and contractual negotiations throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to client expectations.


Key Responsibility:
Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses based on detailed analysis and procurement strategies.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and financial feasibility.

Procurement and Contract Management:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive prices and favorable terms.
- Prepare and administer contract documents, including variations and claims, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project costs or timelines.
- Implement strategies to mitigate risks and minimize financial exposure throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor project progress against budgeted costs and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare financial reports, cost forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making and project reviews.

Value Engineering:
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to optimize project costs without compromising quality or functionality.
- Recommend value engineering solutions and alternative materials/methods to achieve cost savings.

Quality Control and Compliance:
- Ensure that all work meets quality standards and contractual specifications.
- Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Client Relations:
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Workplace Interior Design & Build projects.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in cost estimating software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of local building regulations and industry standards.
