Key Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring project goals are met
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Conduct risk assessments, mitigate issues, and ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Mentor and guide project team members, including Assistant Project Managers
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business growth strategies
- Ensure knowledge sharing and best practices across the project management team

Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, construction, or related fields
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields
- Proven track record of successfully managing corporate fit-out projects in Tokyo, Japan
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and collaboration tools
- Business-level Japanese language skills and fluent English
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are advantageous
