We're currently working with one of the largest hyperscale Data Centre in the APAC region, seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to join the Solutions Engineering Team. As a technical expert, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to design, deliver, and support tailored data center solutions. Your expertise will drive customer satisfaction, business growth, and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and develop solutions
- Lead technical proposal development, RFP management, and engineering document delivery
- Design and develop high-level space planning, engineering solutions, and CFD models
- Create sales collateral, pitch decks, and presentation materials for customers and executives
- Coordinate internal teams for proposal development and manage customer workshops
- Ensure solutions meet customer needs and company goals
- Manage customer fit-out requirements, technical negotiations, and lease exhibits
- Lead technical tours and presentations

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in building design, engineering, or related fields
- Customer engagement experience is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office, BlueBeam, AutoCAD, and CFD
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to lead multi-disciplinary teams across geographies
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
