We're currently working with a fast expanding emerging economy asset developer and operator in seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Senior Analyst to lead our real estate investment portfolio's strategic growth and performance. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics, financial expertise, and stakeholder engagement to optimize portfolio returns, mitigate risks, and inform investment decisions.


Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Optimization
- Monitor and enhance portfolio performance using data-driven metrics and market insights
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to maximize returns
- Conduct market research and regulatory analysis to inform investment decisions
Data-Driven Insights
- Provide actionable analytics to optimize portfolio performance
- Maintain robust financial reporting systems and ensure data integrity
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance portfolio performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation processes
- Conduct scenario analysis and research to identify value-creation initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement
- Prepare and present portfolio performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align portfolio strategies with corporate objectives
- Communicate complex financial analysis and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in asset/fund management, real estate, or investment banking
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees (MBA, MS Finance) preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (Excel, financial software)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs and market conditions
- Experience with data visualization tools and financial analytics software
Strong understanding of real estate markets and investment trends
Certification in finance or investment (CFA, CAIA)
