We are seeking an experienced and talented Vice President/Director, Capital Raising to join our team in Seoul, Korea. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive capital raising strategy to secure funding from institutional investors, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, providing exceptional client service and tailored investment solutions.
- Identify and pursue new investment opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products and solutions.
- Prepare and present marketing materials, pitch books, and investment memoranda to showcase our investment thesis and track record.
- Conduct due diligence, negotiate terms, and close deals with investors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and investment strategies.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate and new economy asset classes.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking forums.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in capital raising, private equity, real estate investing, or investment banking.
- Proven track record of securing investments from institutional investors.
- Strong network and relationships with Korean and international investors.
- Deep understanding of the real estate and new economy asset classes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) preferred.
- Experience working with global institutional private equity real estate funds.
- Familiarity with Korean regulatory environment and investment laws.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in real estate technology, sustainability, and ESG.
