Its regional office in Singapore is actively seeking real estate development and investment opportunities in Southeast Asia and Australia.

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to support the Compliance Deputy General Manager in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our compliance framework.


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures, including group procurement policies
- Design and monitor internal compliance controls to prevent regulatory breaches and policy non-compliance
- Conduct compliance training and awareness programs for employees
- Provide advisory services on internal control matters and promote internal control awareness
- Conduct research on compliance risk trends and provide consultation on ethical or compliance issues
- Maintain the Compliance Department website and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in risk, compliance, and internal control
- Experience working in a multi-national organization with Asia-Pacific exposure is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
 - Willingness to travel to Southeast Asia and Australia at least twice a year
