We are currently working with a global Data Centre Operator in seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Finance (Tax) to manage the full spectrum of tax affairs for our entities. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide tax advice, ensure compliance, and drive effective tax planning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day tax affairs, minimizing tax risks and aligning with business objectives
- Review and ensure timely submission of tax returns, compliance documents, and transfer pricing reports
- Collaborate with external contractors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders on tax planning, capital allowance claims, and tax incentives
- Maintain proper capex records, classification, and statutory reporting compliance
- Liaise with IRAS, external auditors, and other governmental bodies on corporate taxation matters
- Support taxation matters, including withholding taxes, property taxes, GST, and transfer pricing guidelines
- Monitor tax legislation and assess its impact on the Group
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or related field with professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA certification)
- At least 12 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 9 years of corporate tax experience in Big 4
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in related roles
- MNC background and knowledge of international tax issues are advantageous
-High proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent time management skills
