We are working with a leading global real estate company, with a diverse portfolio spanning across commercial, retail, residential, and integrated developments in their search for a Marketing Manager for 2 malls in the west side
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, implementing, and managing overall advertising and promotional activities for the shopping mall to achieve desired KPIs and unified shopping cluster experience.
- Form strategic partnerships to source for sponsorships, opportunities to host unique events or identify publicity opportunities for the mall.
- Proactively engage tenants to market their products and enhance their sales and shoppers’ experience.
- Plan the department’s budget to ensure that expenses are kept within the approved budget.
- Conduct post-promotional campaign or event reviews to assess the effectiveness of the promotions / events in terms of shopper traffic and tenant’s GTO and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis.
- Develop exciting online marketing strategies to actively engage online communities.
- Analyse competitors, market trends, and identify opportunities to drive footfall.
- Oversee the marketing of advertising spaces to maximize mall’s revenue.
- Manage Digital Service Advocates to ensure smooth execution of the day-to-day operations.
- Maintain customer service initiatives and achieve service standards set for the mall.
- Be actively involved in supporting group campaigns and initiatives.
- The Company may assign duties in addition to those listed/described above and/or vary the scope of work according to business requirements.
Key requirements:
- Min 5 years experience managing people
- Experience with retail marketing
