We're currently representing an internationally well-known Workplace design and build firm in  seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison between project stakeholders and delivery teams. In this role, you'll ensure the successful achievement of project objectives by facilitating communication between clients (or their representatives) and our esteemed partner. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective project management frameworks for multiple corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Manage project budgets, including risk assessment, and oversee changes/variations to ensure projects remain within budget and on schedule.
- Foster collaboration among project stakeholders and keep client subject matter experts informed of project progress.
- Supervise the performance of design and project management/site delivery teams.
- Lead negotiations and coordination efforts with vendors and business partners throughout project completion.
- Establish formal reporting mechanisms to update clients and the company on project status.

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in the building construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, project management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in understanding the trades and subcontractors involved in interior fit-outs.
- Strong aptitude for technology adoption and digital initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and autonomously with minimal supervision.
