We are currently representing one of the largest hyperscale data centre operators in the Asia-Pacific region, providing secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure to leading cloud providers, enterprises, and organizations. We're seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager to join the team in Hong Kong.
As a Technical Service Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring 100% uptime and compliance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at our Hong Kong data Centre. Reporting to the Senior Technical Service Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage vendors, and coordinate maintenance activities while ensuring adherence to site operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Technical Service Manager in data centre operations, achieving 100% uptime and SLA compliance
- Supervise site Facilities Provider, FM Services, Smart Hands, Security vendors, and other third-party vendors
- Collaborate with Building Services Manager on property-related services
- Lead preventive maintenance, repair works, and OPEX budget management
- Coordinate construction activities, ensuring system design, installation, and testing adhere to operational standards
- Ensure compliance with site operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (ISMS, ISO9001, ISO14001, SOC2, PCI)
- Manage vendor performance, monitor critical facilities, and conduct regular property inspections
- Serve as primary operational contact for customers, providing issue reports, change and incident notices
- Lead minor capital projects, supervise operational metrics, and analyze risks
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of mechanical and electrical experience in data centres, facilities, engineering operations, or related fields
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Experience with managing chiller plants, LV WR2, HV WR2, and fire service installation maintenance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Ability to establish and review Method of Procedure documents, maintenance reports, and incident reports
- Familiarity with Customer Portals, BMS, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, and CAD (desirable)
- Effective customer management skills and meeting chair experience
