We are representing a reputable Logistics and Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Contracts and Procurement to join our Development and Facility Management team.
Reporting to the Head of Development and Facility Management, you will lead the contracts and procurement function, ensuring compliance with prevailing codes and guidelines, and maintaining the highest standards of procurement and contract management across our industrial property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, guidelines, and regulations (e.g., fire safety code, market practices)
- Manage pre-qualification of contractors and maintain Approved Vendor List
- Procure services for brown energy, R&M, lift modernization, and AEI works, including:
- Tender document preparation
- Site showrounds
- Submission analysis and recommendation
- Verification and variation order management
- Extension of time analysis
- Conduct bi-annual performance assessments
- Oversee quotation processes conducted by the Facility Management Team
- Provide procurement and contract management support as needed
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Estate Management, or equivalent
- 6-8 years of experience in procurement, contracts management, or supply chain functions
- Familiarity with facility management (hard and soft services) and Assets Enhancement Initiatives (AEI)
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Patient, meticulous, result-oriented, and integrity-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of REDAS Conditions of Contract Singapore Standards
- Code of Practice in building services
- Relevant statutory requirements
- Self-driven team player with proven leadership and organizational skills
