We are looking for a driven and articulate Capital Markets Associate to join our client's corporate team. This role sits at the intersection of fundraising, investor engagement, corporate advisory, and real asset transactions. You will be a key player in both buy-side and sell-side mandates — from capital raising to divestment — across real estate and equities.


Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end process of capital raising, private placements, and divestment efforts.
- Conduct financial modeling, prepare investment decks, and articulate value propositions for investors and stakeholders.
- Engage with investors – from institutional funds to family offices – through presentations, meetings, and roadshows.
- Utilize tools like Bloomberg, and internal data platforms to provide market insights and pricing intelligence.
- Assist in corporate exercises including equity offerings, bond issuances, and strategic advisory initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with both IR teams and investment platforms on real estate and co-investment projects.
- Stay on top of capital markets trends and help craft forward-thinking fundraising strategies.

Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
- Strong financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to pitch ideas and articulate value clearly.
- Exposure to both real estate and public/private equities is a plus.
- Familiar with capital raise processes and investor relations strategies.
- Driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing transactions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
