The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving our company's growth in Indonesia, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Indonesia
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Identify market gaps and opportunities for our services
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns
Networking and Partnerships:
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
- Develop and maintain partnerships with key industry players
Client Management:
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Strong business development, sales, and marketing skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and industry trends
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in the design and build industry
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
- Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and etiquette
