Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute medium and long-term strategic plans, aligning with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality execution
- Foster collaboration across functional departments (Planning & Budget, Research & Development, Project Legal, Cost & Contract, etc.)
- Drive operational excellence, controlling project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Develop and implement design management and value engineering strategies
- Build a high-performing organization, promoting innovation, continuous improvement, and talent development
- Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results
- Develop and implement standards, SOPs, and quality standards
- Attract, develop, and grow top talent
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence
- Manage Budget control: maintain project admin cost within 5% tolerance
- Manage Construction budget control: maintain 5% tolerance
- Establish and maintain SOPs for contraction and project management
- Ensure timely consultant deliverables and feedback (less than 3 weeks)
- Resolve conflicts in project coordination with various functional departments
