Key Responsibilities:

- Valuation Reports: Prepare comprehensive valuation reports documenting findings, methodologies, and conclusions in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand their valuation needs, address inquiries, and present valuation findings in a clear and professional manner.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing property valuation practices.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and senior valuers to leverage collective expertise and insights in delivering high-quality valuation services.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and valuation methodologies through continuous learning and professional development activities.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Valuation, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in property valuation, appraisal, real estate analysis, or a related role.
- Certification: Possess or working towards professional certification such as RICS, API, or equivalent is preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in conducting property assessments and preparing valuation reports.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex valuation concepts in a clear and concise manner.
