We are currently working with a five-star hotel located in the heart of Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, offering a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views of the city and Victoria Harbour in their search for a Sales Director to be based in Hong Kong 


Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across room sales, MICE, and hotel packages.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed KPIs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and international markets, with a strong focus on Hong Kong-based clientele.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and industry partners.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process including proposal development, contract negotiation, and account management.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, revenue, and operations teams to align commercial strategies and ensure service delivery excellence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adapt strategies and stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to promote brand visibility and business development.

Key qualifications:
- Minimum 5–6 years of proven sales experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Strong track record in driving room sales, MICE business, and full-service hotel solutions.
- Deep familiarity with the Hong Kong hospitality market and a well-established local network.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop high-impact strategies and lead cross-functional collaboration to drive results.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office; experience with hotel sales systems is a plus.
