As a key member of our IT team, you'll ensure seamless digital transformation and provide top-notch IT services to our Japan offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing application support, vendor management, infrastructure services, security, and overall IT services
- Ensuring technology adoption and addressing pain points with key business users
- Leading project management, vendor management, and technical support initiatives
- Documenting IT policies and SOPs for IT infrastructure architecture maintenance
- Troubleshooting IT hardware/software issues
- Supporting global IT policies and maintaining Japan corporate offices

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent business administration
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese
- Proficiency in CRM (Zendesk or similar), Property Management Systems, and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience in endpoint protection, cybersecurity, and IT servicedesk
- Strong project management, vendor management, and technical support skills
