We are working closely with a global Financial Institution with strong coverage in the APAC region, seeking an experienced and accomplished real estate financing professional to join our Real Estate Finance Division as a Director/Senior Director, focusing on loan refinancings across the Asia Pacific region. This senior leadership role will play a key part in driving business growth, originating and executing complex refinancing transactions, and strengthening our relationships with top-tier real estate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Originate, structure, and execute large-scale refinancing transactions for real estate clients across APAC, including commercial, residential, industrial, and hospitality sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, developers, investors, and sponsors to identify business opportunities and provide tailored financing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Risk, Credit, and Legal) to ensure seamless transaction execution and mitigate risk.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to optimize deal structures and pricing strategies.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, regulatory requirements, and refinancing strategies to clients and internal teams.
- Mentor and lead junior team members to enhance deal origination, credit analysis, and transaction execution capabilities.
- Contribute to business planning, strategy development, and performance monitoring to achieve regional growth objectives.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate financing, preferably with a focus on refinancing transactions.
- Proven track record of originating and executing complex deals ($50M+) in APAC markets.
- Strong network of relationships with top-tier real estate developers, investors, and financial institutions.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, financing structures, and regulatory frameworks across APAC.
- Excellent credit analysis, financial modeling, and deal structuring skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) preferred.
- Experience working with global banking institutions or reputable real estate finance companies.
- Familiarity with cross-border transactions and currency markets.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and credit analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Argus, Excel) and data analytics.
