We're currently working with a well established Data Centre Operator in seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead our developments team in Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan. As a trusted commercial advisor, you'll drive business growth, negotiate high-level contracts, and lead a team of contracts professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide commercial leadership and guidance to delivery teams
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring governance and accuracy
- Lead development reporting and manage risk and governance oversight
- Develop and implement effective processes and procedures
- Manage multiple projects, including new data centre builds and capital improvement projects

Key Requirements:
- Relevant degree (Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering) with 12+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Strong contract management and administration skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel internationally
- 5+ years of commercial leadership experience
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams
- International experience (APAC) with significant exposure to contracts +SGD$150m
