They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Manager to join our Owner's Engineering Team in Singapore. As a key member of the team, the candidate will oversee engineering and commissioning activities for new, expansion, or upgrade/renewal data centre projects across the Southeast Asia and Northeast Asia regions. The candidate's expertise will ensure that projects meet our stringent global standards and align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide electrical subject matter expertise for regional data centre projects
- Review and recommend good engineering design and workflow practices
- Promote green data centre initiatives and reduce carbon footprint
- Assess commissionability and concurrent maintainability of designs
- Lead commissioning activities and owner witnessing globally
- Support risk assessment, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery procedures
- Lead the Owner's Engineering Team on large or complex projects
- Develop personnel within engineering specialisation areas
- Review work performed by others in area of specialisation

Key Requirements
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Senior Manager: >10 years of experience in mission-critical environments
- Manager: 5-8 years of experience in mission-critical environments
- Project management qualification or training (advantageous)
- Professional specialist in MEP systems with knowledge of BCA Green Mark /LEED guidelines
- Familiarity with Singapore CP, ASHRAE, TIA 942, and Uptime Institute (preferred)
- Commissioning experience in mission-critical facilities
- Strong written and communication skills, with multiple regional language skills (advantageous)
- Willingness to travel
