Key Responsibilities:
- Lead student recruitment and enrolment initiatives to achieve targets
- Develop and implement marketing plans and budgets
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including Principals, Head of Schools, and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor insights to inform strategic initiatives
- Provide leadership and direction to marketing and admissions staff
- Develop and manage digital marketing programs to drive lead generation
- Collaborate with Admissions staff to convert inquiries into applications and enrolments
- Ensure brand adherence and develop brand guidelines
- Track campaign results and analyze marketing data to optimize effectiveness
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- At least 5 years' marketing experience, preferably in education
- Experience in digital marketing and team management
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Chinese an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achieve enrolment targets
- Generate new leads through marketing channels
- Improve Google Ratings and website ranking
- Increase quality leads and website visits
- Develop and implement branding guidelines, social media policy, and advertising guidelines
