We're currently representing a renowned regional real estate developer in seeking a passionate and experienced Sustainability Specialist to drive our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and reinforce our commitment to creating sustainable and thriving communities.

As a key member of our Sustainability team, you will develop and implement strategies to minimize our environmental footprint, promote social responsibility, and ensure governance excellence. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation as a responsible and forward-thinking real estate developer.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with global frameworks (ISS, CRD, IFRS)
- Prepare and ensure compliance with sustainability reports and disclosures
- Lead ESG assessment submissions (GRESB, S&P CSA) and coordinate external assurance activities
- Track and ensure data accuracy for ESG reporting
- Support sustainability projects, research, and analysis on ESG trends and best practices
- Enhance our Enterprise and Environmental Risk Management framework to mitigate climate-related and social risks

Key Requirements
- Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental consultancy, finance, risk management, compliance, ESG, or sustainability reporting
-Strong knowledge of:
  • GHG Protocol emissions accounting
  • Sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, SDGs)
  • ISSB, CDP, SBTi, and other ESG frameworks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the built environment (preferred)
